These Terms govern your use of skinovia.ae and purchases from Skinovia, operated by Opera Engineering FZ-LLC (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE · VAT TRN 104305889800003). By using the site or ordering, you accept them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
2. Products & information
We describe products accurately, but images and specs are for guidance. Our devices are cosmetic and wellness tools, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders (stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud) and refund any amount paid.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be completed via the methods at checkout before dispatch.
5. Shipping, returns & refunds
Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.
6. Warranty
