Request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

- Unused, in original sealed packaging, with all accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Not in the non-returnable list below.
3. Non-returnable (hygiene)
- Personal-care items used on skin once unsealed.
- Consumables and refills.
- Gift cards and final-sale items.
4. Faulty or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@skinovia.ae with your order number and photos for a free replacement, repair or refund as required by law.
5. Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable except for faulty or incorrect items.
